built

Five of the projects below are not five projects. They are one inbound revenue pipeline, built one service at a time, and they had a problem worth more than any of them individually: they could not talk to each other. Incompatible auth, incompatible envelopes, two mutually unverifiable signing schemes, and no way to ask which delivery came from which submission. Fixing that meant publishing a contract — W3C trace context, Standard Webhooks, RFC 9457 — and migrating all five onto it in production, without a flag day and without losing a lead.
